What we do with your report

What the form collects

When you claim the free program at /free, you send us:

• Your name and email address — so we can issue an access code to you and reach you if something goes wrong.
• Your track — RN or PN, so you get the right program.
• Your Candidate Performance Report, result letter, or results screenshot — the file you upload.
• The month you tested, if you choose to give it. This field is optional.
• Which platform you came from — whether the link was opened from TikTok, Instagram, or directly. This tells us where to keep posting; it does not identify you.

Why we ask for the report

Two reasons, both practical. It confirms you actually sat the exam and did not pass, because this offer is only for repeat takers. And it shows which Client Needs areas cost you points, which is how we decide what to open first for you.

We do not need your candidate ID or registration number for either purpose. If you would rather black those out before uploading, please do — it will not slow anything down.

Who sees it

One person: the instructor reading claims. Your report is not shown to other students, not posted on social media, not used in any advertisement, and not sent to any third party for marketing.

It is never sold. There is no circumstance in which we sell your information.

Where it is stored

The form is handled by Netlify, which hosts this site. Your submission and the file you upload sit in Netlify's form storage and are emailed to the instructor. Netlify processes this on our behalf as our hosting provider.

If you go on to buy something from this site, payment is handled by Stripe and by PayPal; we never see or store your card details. Access codes for this free offer are issued through Stripe.

Like the rest of this site, these pages carry the Meta pixel, which tells us how many people reached the page and submitted the form. It reports counts and events, not the contents of your report or the file you uploaded — those never leave the form.

How long we keep it

Your report is deleted once your access is set up and working. The email address stays with your program account so you can get back in and so we can reach you about it.

You can ask us to delete your report at any point, including before your code is issued, and we will do it. You can also ask us to delete your account and email afterwards — that ends your access to the program, which is the only catch.

Your choices

• Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to correct it, or to delete it.
• Withdraw from the offer entirely — we delete everything you sent and that is the end of it.

No explanation needed for any of these, and asking costs you nothing.

Young candidates

This program is for people who have sat the NCLEX, so it is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
