Terms & Refund Policy
Last updated 31 July 2026
Student Canteen is operated by Valley of Eschol. These terms cover the free resources on this site and the paid NCLEX preparation programs sold through it. Using the site means you accept them. If anything here is unclear, email voe@valleyofeschol.com before you buy — we would much rather answer a question than process a complaint.
What you are buying
The NCLEX-PN Full Prep and NCLEX-RN Full Prep bundles are one-time purchases at $85 USD each. Each gives you lifetime access to Beta remediation, the Delta readiness exam and the Epsilon adaptive final for that track. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Purchases are per track. An RN purchase does not open the PN program, and the reverse is also true. Choose carefully at checkout — and if you pick the wrong one, see the exceptions below.
Refunds
We will refund you in full, without argument, in any of these situations:
- You were charged twice for the same purchase.
- Access never worked. You paid and could not open the program, and we could not fix it for you.
- Something is broken on our side — a file will not open, audio will not play, an exam will not load — and we cannot repair it within a reasonable time.
- You bought the wrong track. Tell us within 7 days and we will move you to the other one, or refund you, whichever you prefer.
To request a refund, reply to your Stripe receipt or email voe@valleyofeschol.com with the email address you paid with. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
We do not refund on the basis of exam results. That is not us being difficult — no preparation program can control what happens on your test day, and any company that promises otherwise is telling you something it cannot deliver.
Your access
Access is restored using the email address you paid with, at the unlock page. It is licensed to you personally, for your own study. Sharing it, reselling it, or posting the content publicly ends the access without a refund.
Open each stage once while you have a connection so it caches on your device. After that it works offline.
What this is, and what it is not
Everything here is educational material for exam preparation. It is not clinical advice, and it is not a substitute for your nursing program, your instructors, or your facility's protocols. Always follow your instructors and licensed supervisors.
The daily anatomy, EKG and medication features and the "Ask the Charge Nurse" responses are general study support and encouragement. They are not personalised medical, clinical or legal advice about any specific patient or situation.
We do not guarantee that you will pass the NCLEX. Our programs are built by Professors of Nursing in active clinical practice and kept current with the NCSBN test plan, but the outcome depends on your preparation, and licensure decisions belong entirely to your state Board of Nursing.
Community posts
Anything you send to the Student Nurse Lounge is read by a person before it appears. We may edit for length or clarity, and we will not publish anything that identifies a real patient, names a facility or instructor, or is abusive. Never post protected health information — not here, not anywhere.
Payment and privacy
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Charges appear on your statement as Valley of Eschol — that is us, and recognising it saves you a needless call to your bank.
We collect your email to deliver what you bought and, if you opted in, to send study tips and product updates. We do not sell your information. You can unsubscribe at any time, and asking us to delete your data will not affect access you have already paid for.
Changes
We may update these terms as the programs change. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Changes are not applied retroactively to a purchase you have already made.
